Recipe for Cocktail Chicken Balls

This is a neat recipe for Cocktail Chicken Balls. A neat snack or can be served with the main course.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
1 cup chicken cooked and minced
2 mashed hard boiled eggs
1/1/2 tea spoon of curry powder
Salt as per taste
Mayonnaise
About 6 walnuts

Preparation
Mix well the chicken, eggs, curry powder and salt along with sufficient mayonnaise to bind these ingredients.
Then prepare the mixture into marble sized round balls
Grate the walnut kernels in a coarse nut grater and then spread it on a piece of paper
Then roll the meat balls into the walnut paste
Then put toothpicks into the meatballs and keep for sometime in the fridge till they become firm.
