This Recipe is for preparing at home restaurant or dhaba style Spicy Mutton Chops. This is a very tasty and popular dish all over India, the preparation method given by me is simple and easy.
Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 6-7 Persons
1 kg Mutton chops
3 Large Onion Ground
250 grams Curd
4 Table spoon Lime juice
3 Table spoon Vinegar and Soya sauce
3 Table Spoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Tea spoon Ginger garlic paste
3 Tea spoon each Salt, Garam Masala
Kashmiri Chili powder
2 Tea spoon Desi mirchi powder
1 Tea spoon dry Methi leaves
Few Tej Patta
1 Table spoon Oil
Marinate mutton chops with Curd, Vinegar, Lime juice, Soya Sauce and Worcestershire sauce for about 3 hours.
Heat Oil in a frying pan. Fry ground Onion. Add Mutton chops and masalas.
Keep on slow fire till chops are tender. Serve hot with bread, Nan or Roti.
