This is a recipe for Biscuit Cutlet. A neat snack for the kids as well as for you. Great for breakfast as well as a afternoon snack.
3 Marie Biscuits
1 Bread slice
2 Table spoon Peas
10-12 green Chilies
½ Table spoon black pepper
Oil for frying
Boil the Potatoes and green peas. Cut the tomatoes and green chilies into small pieces. Cut the bread in to small pieces. Break the biscuits into very small pieces. Mash the potatoes and green peas; add finely cut tomato, green chili pieces, bread pieces, biscuit pieces, black pepper and salt. Mix well. Divide in to balls and shape each in to a cutlet. Deep fry the cutlets and serve hot with chili sauce and tomato sauce.
