Simple recipe for Egg Pudding 2

This is a most simple Recipe for Egg Pudding. An easy to prepare Dessert recipe.

Simple recipe for Egg Pudding 2 Preparation Time: 45 MInutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
4 Tea spoon Sugar
¼ Tea spoon Vanilla Essence
Dry fruits & Saffron

Preparation
First break the eggs and beat them nicely. Then add sugar and milk and mix it well with the beaten eggs. Pour the mixture in a pot and keep it in pressure cooker and cook it for 30 minutes.
When it cools decorate with dry fruits and serve.
