This is an easy to follow step-by-step Recipe for making at home delicious Restaurant or Dhaba Style Deep-Fried Crispy Chicken Nuggets. These tasty typical Indian Style Chicken Nuggets make a great multipurpose chicken dish, which can be served as a starters snack or as a part of the main course meals.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
8 Big size Boneless Chicken Pieces
½ Cup Curd
1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder
Salt as per taste
1 Cup Refined Flour (Maida)
4 Bread Slices (crumbs)
Oil for deep frying the Chicken Nuggets
Wash the Boneless Chicken Pieces and keep them aside.
Take a big sized bowl and mix the Curd, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder, Boneless Chicken Pieces and keep them aside for 15 minutes.
Take three medium size bowls, in the first bowl beat the Eggs with a help for fork, in second bowl take the Maida and in the third bowl the Bread Crumb.
First roll the Chicken pieces into Maida Bowl, then in the Beaten Eggs Bowl and then in the Bread Crumb Bowl.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and deep fry the Chicken pieces until they become brown and Crispy.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce or Green Chutney.
