In a Kadai add a teaspoon Oil and Noddles and fry them slightly and then add 4-5 cups water and cook the Noodles and then pour them over a strainer and then keep them aside. This separates the Noodles from the water, the water can be thrown away.

For the Vegetable stock: In an another Kadai add 2 Cups Chopped Vegetables (carrot, Beans, Tomato, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Bottle gourd) and 5 cups Water and boil them for 5-7 minutes on a slow flame.
Then filter and separate the water through a strainer. This Water is called Vegetable Stock, the vegetables can be discarded.

In a Kadai add remaining Oil and Chopped Cabbage, Shredded Carrots and the Chopped Spring Onion and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the Vegetable Stock, Noddles, Soya Sauce, Sugar, Salt and Black Pepper Power and boil for 2 minutes.

Serve Hot.

  1. I’m a fan of quick cooking and healthy food. Taking a look at this recipe, I’m thinking that dehydrated vegetables will be a better alternative and a time saver. Not that I don’t use fresh veggies and fruits but I really liked the dehydrated texture and taste. You can take a look at where I got the inspiration from
