Recipe for Tasty and Crispy Paneer Tikka

This is a Recipe for making at home crispy and crunchy Restaurant or Dhaba Style Hariyali Paneer Tikka. This grilled Paneer Tikka preparation, which also makes the uses of vegetables like capsicum and tomatoes is tasty and delicious and is most suitable as a starters snack for any kind of party, including kitty and cocktail parties.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
400 Gram Paneer
1 Big size Capsicum
1 Big size Onion
1 Big size Tomato
1 Medium size Cucumber
2 Tablespoon Oil

For the Marination
1 Cup hung Curd
1 Tablespoon Mint Leaves (roughly grounded)
1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves (roughly grounded)
4 Green Chilies (paste)
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoon Garlic (paste)
½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
Salt as per taste
1 Tablespoon Butter

Preparation
Wash and cut the Vegetables into big size pieces.
Cut the Paneer into big size pieces.
In a Glass bowl mix the Vegetables, Paneer and the Ingredients of Marination and keep them into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the Microwave.
Arrange all the Marination Vegetables and the Paneer over a non stick plate.
Set the Microwave for 15-18 minutes on a grill mode.
Insert the non stick plate and grill the Vegetables for 15-18 minutes.
Apply the Oil over the Vegetables frequently.
Serve hot and while serving sprinkle the Chat Masala over the Hariyali Paneer Tikka.
