This is a step by step Recipe for preparing at home healthy and nutritious Quick or Zatpat Pizza. This Pizza preparation is very popular amongst kids as well as adults. Try it for breakfast or even the main course, if you wish.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Pizzas
1 Cup Urad Dal
2 Cups Rice
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Vegetables for the Pizza
3 Cups of all these vegetables
Capsicum (cut in small size pieces)
1 Small Onion (chopped)
1 Small Tomato (cut in small size pieces)
First of all soak the Urad Dal and the Rice separately for 7-8 hours. After that grind it. (Like an Idle Aata) Then mix it well together and keep the mixture aside for 7-8 hours in a warm place.
Then mix the all vegetables in to the mixture and add Salt and stir it for 2-3 minutes nicely.
Heat a medium size frying pan then spread 1 tea spoon oil on it and take ¼ cup mixture and spread on the frying pan and then put some oil from all sides and then add the shredded Cheese on the surface of the Pizza.
Then cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes and bake on a slow sim. After that turn the Pizza and again bake for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
