Recipe for Mooli [Radish] Ka Paratha

This is a step by step Recipe for preparing Dhaba Style Mooli [Radish] Ka Paratha. A wholesome Paratha recipe for the main course or for breakfast.

Mooli [Radish] Ka Paratha Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

2 Cups Wheat Aata
2 Cups Besan
1 Table tea spoon Red chili powder
1 Tea spoon Coriander seeds powder
1 Tea spoon Badi Saunf
4 Cardamom powder
Salt to taste
4-5 Moolis [Radish]
Ghee for frying

First wash the Moolis and then shred them. Then remove the excess water and fry for 2-3 minutes on a slow sim and then keep aside.
Heat one table spoon Ghee and roast the Besan till colour change in to light brown. After that add the Besan, Mooli, Red chili powder, Coriander seeds powder, Badi Saunf and Cardamom and mix it all nicely to prepare the mixture for filling.
After that take the Wheat Aata and add one table spoon hot oil and Salt and mix it well to make dough.
Then prepare two small puris and fill two table spoons of the mixture and then press from all the side and roll it.
After that fry applying ghee from both sides till colour charge in to light brown.
Serve hot
