Recipe for Golden balls with mint dip

This is a step by step Recipe for Golden balls with mint dip. This is an exotic Snack recipe; especially for cocktail parties.

For the balls
¼ kg Mince Meat (use crumbled paneer for a Vegetarian snack)
½ Cup Green Peas
½ Cup Milk
1 Tea spoon Corn flour
1 Tea spoon Butter
½ Cup Bread crumbs
Salt and Pepper for seasoning Oil for frying

Cook the minced Meat with seasoning and boil the green Peas. Prepare white sauce as follows:
Heat the Butter in a pan, add Corn flour and fry slowly on a slow flame (it should not turn brown) for 30 seconds. Add Milk and stir continuously. Add salt and pepper.
Combine the cooked mince Meat, boiled Peas, white sauce and Bread crumb with seasoning, and blend in a dry grinder. Shape into balls, and deep fry, till golden brown.

Mint Dip:
1 Cup Curd
1/3 Cup Cream
¼ Cup Mint leaves
Salt, Pepper and Amchur powder to taste

Blend all the ingredients together in a mixer and serve with golden balls.
