Serves: 4 Persons
Ingredients
4 Cups Dosa Batter
¼ Cup Butter
4 Cheese Slices
Salt as per taste
For the Topping
5 Mushrooms
1 Tablespoon Oil
5-6 garlic Petals
1 Medium size Onion
1 Cup Capsicum (red, yellow, green)
4-5 Cherry Tomatoes
¼ Teaspoon Chili flakes
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper (crushed)
Salt as per taste

Preparation
For the Topping
Wash and chop the Onion, Capsicum, and Cherry Tomatoes.
Wash the Mushroom and slice them.
Cut the Cheese slices into strips shapes.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and add the Garlic, Onion, Capsicum, Cherry Tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes on a slow flame.
Then add the Mushrooms, Chili flakes, Black Pepper, Salt and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Take the Idli and divide it into two parts.
Heat the Butter in a Nonstick Pan and add a little bit of Dosa Batter and prepare small sized Dosas.
Remove the Dosas from the pan and apply 1 teaspoon Tomato Sauce over them and garnish with the Mushroom topping and Cheese strips.
Serve hot.
