Recipe for Indian Style Spicy Mutton Soup

This is a Recipe for preparing delicious Main Course Indian Style Spicy Mutton Soup at home.
The Mutton Soup preparation described by me in this article is not only spicy and tasty but also nutritious and good for health.
This Mutton Soup recipe has been given in a simple step-by-step manner for making the Soup preparation as easy as possible.

Preparation Time- 45 Minutes
Serves- 6-7 Persons

Ingredients
500 Grams Mutton
1” Ginger Piece [crushed]
10 Black Pepper Corn
2 Medium size Onion
1 Medium size Carrot
1 Stick Celery
1 Teaspoon Barley Grains
50 Gram Mutton Kheema
3 Big size Tomatoes [chopped]
1 Teaspoon Refined Flour
1 Small Size Onion (chopped)

Preparation
First of all, apply the Crushed Ginger over the Mutton pieces and then add 3 liters of Water, Black Pepper Corn, Onion, Carrot, Celery, and Barley Grains and cook on a high flame for 5-7 minutes.
Then add the Kheema and mix it well.
Add the Tomato, cover the utensil with a plate, and cook the Mutton for 3 hours on a slow flame.
Then filter the cooked Mutton Water [Stock] through a strainer and keep it aside. The filtered Mutton Pieces can be used for any other Meat Dish as this Srecipe needs only the Meat Stock.
In another Kadhai heat the Ghee, add the chopped Onion and fry for 2-3 minutes on a slow flame, and then add the Refined Flour and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the Mutton Stock, Salt and Sugar to taste and boil for 3-4 minutes.
While serving garnish with the Bread Pieces. (Bread Pieces for this Mutton Soup recipe means 1” pieces of Bread deep fried in the Ghee till light brown and crispy.)
