Recipe Paneer Cutlets

This is a Recipe for preparing crisp and tasty Dhaba or Restaurant Style Paneer Cutlets. This is a Tea or a breakfast snack, which also tastes well with the main course.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 6 Persons

Ingredients
Oil for frying
200 gram Paneer
100 gram Carrot
100 gram Green Peas
3 Big Tea spoon Corn flour
1 Slice bread
1 Cup of Bread Crumbs
Salt to taste and black pepper (Powdered)

Preparation
Mash the Paneer,Bread and Corn flour together to make a thick paste.
Cut the Carrots into small pieces and then boil the carrot pieces and green peas . Mix Salt and black pepper.
Now make balls of the mashed Paneer mixture.
Stuff each ball with little Carrot and Green peas mixture.
Roll each ball in bread crumbs and deep fry.
Serve hot.
