Recipe for Vegetable Burger [Indian Style]

This is a simple step by step Recipe for Vegetable Burger [Indian Style]. This Vegetable Burger has been prepared in the Indian style, keeping in mind the taste preferences of most Indians.This is a fast food item.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
For the Filling
4 Medium size Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 Big Onion (cut in small pieces)
2 Tea spoon Ginger-Garlic and Green Chili paste
2 Table spoon Coriander
1 Small Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
2 Bread Crumbs [2 slices]
Oil for frying the Burger
(Mix all above Ingredients and make small size Patties and either deep fry or shallow fry them in the Oil)

Salad for filling
2 Small sizes Onion (cut in round slices)
2 Small Tomatoes (cut in round slices)
1 Cucumber (peal and cut in round slices)

Green Chutney
½ Cup Coconut (shredded)
¼ Cup Coriander
1 ½ Tea spoon Ginger-Garlic and Green Chili paste
1 Tea spoon Lemon Juice
1 Tea spoon Sugar
Salt to taste
Grind all the above Ingredients to a thick paste in order to make a Green Chutney.

Buns for Burger
Cut from the middle and put butter inside the Bun and fry on slow sim for 2 -3 minutes)

Tomato Sauce

Preparation
After preparation of the Patties, Chutney, Salad and Buns.
Take the Buns and then put Green Chutney, Tomato sauce on the inside on both the sides and then put the Onion Slice, Patties, Tomato slice and Cucumber slice.
Then close the Berger and fry for 2-3 minutes with butter on a slow sim.
