Recipe for Spinach with Minced Meat Balls

This is a recipe for preparing at home tasty Palak aur Keema Ke Gole or Spinach with Minced Meat Balls. These are multi purpose Minced Mutton Balls which can be added to Mutton Gravies, Soups or even served as party starters.

Ingredients
250 Grams Spinach [chopped]
100 Grams minced meat
20 Gram Cheese
2 Table spoon flour
1 Tea spoon Garlic paste
1 Tea spoon Ginger paste
4 Green Chilies ground to paste
1 Egg
½ Cup Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Preparation
Clean, wash and chop the Spinach. Boil it for 5 minutes and then drain well.
Combine with minced meat, Spinach, grated cheese, Ginger, Garlic, Chili paste and Salt. Bind them together with beaten Egg and all-purpose flour.
Heat the Oil. Drop 1 table spoon of the meat mixture in the shape of a ball one by one in the Oil, Deep fry until brown.
Remove and drain.
These balls can be used as koftas for any curry.

For Soup
They can be used in soups too. For soup there is no need to fry then and hence no oil is necessary. Put to boil 6 cup of water with 2 chicken cubes. Drop one by one the minced meat ball in the boiling water. Within a few minutes the balls would come to the surface. When all the balls are floating the soup is ready. Serve hot with Chili sauce, Salt and Pepper.
