Recipe for Punjabi Malai Puda

This is a step by step Recipe for preparing Punjabi Malai Puda. Malai Puda is a Punjabi Specialty sweet dish prepared using Cream, Milk and Atta – Maida Flour as the main ingredients.

Ingredients
6 Table spoon Atta & Maida
5 Table spoon Milk
6 Table spoon Cream
1 Tea spoon Badisaiuf
½ Tea spoon Cardamom powder
1 Table spoon Almond thin slices
150 Gram Sugar
150 ML Water

Preparation
Mix Atta & Maida and then mix the Badisauif, Milk, Cream with the Atta to prepare a dough. Keep the dough aside for 30 minutes.
Then Mix water, Sugar & Cardamom powder & a make syrup by putting on a low flame till the mixture gets slightly thick and appears sugary.
Then prepare small Puries from the dough and shallow fry.
After that dip the Puris in the syrup and keep aside, Garnish with Almond and serve.
