Recipe for Potato Mooli [Radish] Ka Paratha

This is a step by step Recipe for preparing at home Dhaba Style Potato Mooli [Radish] Ka Paratha. A Aloo aur Mooli Ka Paratha recipe with the flavor of potatoes added to Mooli.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 6 Parathas

Ingredients
2 Potatoes
3 Moolis (Radish)
4 Green Chilies (cut in small pieces)
¼ Cup Coriander leaves[ cut into small pieces]
1” Ginger (shredded)
Salt to taste
3 Table spoon Oil
6 Cups or 3 Katoris Wheat Aata[wheat flour]
Ghee

Preparation
First of all that take the Wheat Aata and add one table spoon hot oil and Salt to it and mix it well to make dough.
Then boil the Potatoes and peal the skin. Then shred them. After that remove the skin of the Moolis and shred them; without the skin. Then remove the excess water from the Moolis.
Heat one table spoon Oil in a frying pan and then add the Potatoes, Moolis, Salt, Green Chilies, Ginger and Coriander and after that mix it well to make a mixture. Then cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes on slow a sim.
Then prepare two small puris and fill two table spoons of the mixture into the puries and press from all the sides and roll it.
After that fry applying ghee from both sides till color charge in to a nice shade of light brown.
Serve hot.
