Recipe for Oats Uthappa

This is a Recipe for Oats Uthappa. This is an extremely nourishing snack for breakfast, goes nicely with Chutney or Tomato Sauce.

Ingredients
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Rawa (Suji)
2 Table spoon Carrot Shredded
1 Small Onion (chopped)
2 Green Chilies (chopped)
½ Cup Curd
1 Table spoon Coriander (chopped)
1 Pinch of eating Soda
Oil
Salt to taste

Preparation
Grind Oats and then add the Rawa, Carrot, Onion, Chili, Curd, Soda and Salt.
Mix it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Prepare Uttapa on non stick Pan.
Serve with Chutney
