Recipe for Carrot Rolls

This is step by step Recipe for Carrot Rolls. This is an uncommon carrot recipe.

Ingredients
½ Kg Carrots
250 Grams Khoya
100 Grams Panner
10 Numbers Cardamoms
5-6 Almonds
250 Gram Sugar
Silver Vark (for decoration)
1 Table spoon Corn flour
Ghee

Preparation
Clean and wash the Carrots. Scrape a hollow in each Carrot. Boil Carrots till tender. Prepare one threaded sugar syrup and put Carrots in it for 5-10 minutes.
Mix Panner, Khoya, Cardamom powder and Almonds (cut small). Stuff this mixture in the Carrots carefully and close sides by applying corn flour paste.
Heat Ghee in a khadai and fry Carrot separately.
Decorate these Rolls with Silver Vark.
