Maharashtrian style Cauliflower chi Bhaji

This is a Recipe for preparing at traditional Maharashtrian style Cauliflower chi Bhaji. A typical and authentic Cabbage vegetable preparation for the main course  from Maharashtra.

Ingredients
2 Cups Cauliflower pieces (Cut in small size)
1 Small Onion (chopped)
2 Green Chilies
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 Table spoon Coriander
¼ Tea spoon Lemon juice
Sugar to taste

For Tadka
½ Table spoon Oil
1 Tea spoon Mustard Seeds
1 Tea spoon Cumin seeds
¼ Tea spoon Asafoetida
5-6 Curry leaves

Preparation
Wash the Cauliflower pieces. Heat the Oil in a Kadhai and prepare the Tadka. Then add the Onion and Green Chilies and fry for 2-3 minutes on a slow flame. Add the Turmeric powder, Salt and Cauliflower pieces. Mix it well and cover with a stain less steel plate. Add some Water over the plate and cook for 8-10 minutes on a  slow flame.

Then add the Coriander, Lemon Juice and Sugar. Mix it well and serve hot with Chapattis.
