Recipe for Crispy Batata Poha Cutlets

This is a Recipe for making at home crispy and tasty Batata Poha Cutlets. These cutlets prepared using Poha or Beaten Rice Flakes make a great standalone snack, which can also be inserted into bread slices to prepare a sandwich.

Preparation Time:45 Minutes
Serves: 15 Nos

Ingredients:
4 Big size Potatoes
2 Cups thick Poha
¼ Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
4 Green Chilies
1 Tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt as per taste
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 Pinch Soda-by carb
2 Bread slice (crumbs)
Oil for frying the Poha Cutlets

Preparation
Boil the Potatoes, peal them and mash them.
Soak the Poha for 5-7 minutes.
Mix the Potatoes, soaked Poha, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Green Chilies, Gram Flour, Salt, Garam Masala, Soda-by-carb and prepare a Dough and prepare 12-15 equal balls and roll them in the bread crumb.
Heat a non stick pan and shallow fry the Cutlets.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce or Chutney or with a bread slice.
