This is a most simple and easy to prepare Recipe for making at home Sweet Kesar or Saffron Curd. This Sweet Saffron Curd is healthy, nutritious and soothing Cold Drink, especially during the hot summer season.

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
2 Cups Skimmed Milk
2 Teaspoon Milk Powder
1 ½ Teaspoon fresh Curds
4 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Pinches Cardamom Powder
2 Pinches Saffron (dissolve into the 2 tablespoon Milk)
Heat, cool and lukewarm the Milk and add the Curds, Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Milk Powderer,Saffron Milk, mix it well and keep it aside for setting.
When Curd will set then keep it into the refrigerator.
