Sweet and Delicious Gajar Ki Burfi

This is a Recipe for preparing at home sweet and delicious Gajar Ki Burfi or Carrot Burfi as it is called in English. The Gajar Ki Burfi is a traditional Indian sweet prepared using Carrots and Milk as the main ingredients.
I have given the preparation method in a simple and easy to follow step-by-step manner to make the preparing of the Carrot Burfi at home as simple as possible.

Carrot Burfi Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: About 40 to 45 pieces of Carrot Burfi

Ingredients
1 Kilogram Red Carrot (Gajar)
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Sugar
1 ½ Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
Four Cashew nuts (chopped)
Four Almonds (chopped)
1 Tablespoon Sugar (grounded)
½ Tablespoon Ghee for apply over the plate

Preparation
Wash the Carrots and then peel and shred them.
In a Kadai mix, the shredded Carrot, Milk, and cook until the mixture become thick.
Add the Sugar and cook until the mixture become little dry.
Then add the Cardamom Powder, grounded Sugar and mix it well and remove from the flame.
Apply the Ghee over a Stainless steel plate and spread the Carrot mixture evenly over the Plate and garnish with the Almond and Cashew nuts pieces.
Finally, cut the Carrot Burfi into diamond shapes.
