Crispy Dry Roasted Sukat

This is a Recipe for preparing at home crispy and tasty Dry Roasted Sukat, which is a tiny kind of Prawn or Shrimp, which is also called Javala or Suka Jawala in the English language. This is a specialty seafood preparation from the Konkan or Coastal region of Maharashtra.
The preparation is most simple and easy and makes a great add on to any meal.

Ingredients
2 Cup Sukat
1 Tablespoon Oil
¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Salt as per taste
Coriander for garnishing

Preparation
Clean the Sukat and keep it aside.
Heat the Oil in a Kadhai and add the Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chili Powder, and dried Sukat and mix it well and fry for 2 minutes on a slow flame.
The Dry Roasted Sukat is ready for serving.
