Egg Chaat or Egg Chaat or Ande Ka Chaat as it is called in the Hindi language is a tasty Eggs preparation for parties as a starters dish. This Egg recipe has been simplified to make the preparation at home as easy and simple as possible.
The preparation takes hardly any time or effort once you have all the ingredients in place.
Six boiled Eggs
Half a Small Cup Tomato Sauce
Half teaspoon Jeera roasted and then powdered
Half teaspoon Miri Powder [Pepper Powder]
Two tablespoons Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt as per your taste
Remove the Egg Shells and cut each Egg in four pieces.
Keep the Egg pieces in a Bowl and then sprinkle the Jeera Powder, Miri Powder and Salt as per your liking over the Eggs and mix very carefully so that the Egg pieces are not broken.
Sprinkle the Coriander over the Egg Chaat and Serve with Tomato Sauce; you can also use Pudina Chutney instead of the Tomato Sauce if you like.
