Simple Recipe for Ande Ka Meetha Halwa

This is a very simple recipe for preparing tasty and delicious Sweet Egg Halwa or Ande Ka Mitha Halwa as it is called in Hindi.
The preparation is easy and most suitable for new-homemakers. This Halwa can be served for breakfast or even with the main course.

Ingredients
Six Eggs
Two teaspoons Pure Ghee [Cow or Buffalo Ghee]
Two teaspoons Vanilla Essence
½ Cup Sugar

Preparation
Beat the Eggs and keep aside.
In a frying pan add the Ghee, heat it for a couple of minutes and then pour the Beaten Eggs and keep stirring until they start solidifying. The Egg mixture should be poured slowly, in a thin stream, like how one pours a Jalebi Mixture into a Kadai.
Then add the Sugar and the Vanilla Essence and cover the frying pan for four-five minutes or until the Sugar has completely dissolved and blended with the Egg Mixture.
Remove from the fire. The Egg Halwa is ready, it should be served immediately as it tastes good only when it is hot and fresh and it becomes dry after sometime.
