Eight Small Onions
Two Clove Garlic
1 One Inch long Piece of Ginger
¼ Green Pepper
One/ Kilograms Mutar [Green Peas]
250 Grams Cashew Nuts [Kaju]
50 Grams Cooking Oil
2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
One-Teaspoon Chawal Ka Atta [Rice Flour]
Eight-Tablespoon thick Coconut Milk
Salt as per taste
Boil the Mutar and then Peel the Onion, chop the Ginger and ground it to prepare a rough paste and chop the Green Pepper and fry the Cashew –Nuts until they turn golden brown and keep aside.
Then heat the Oil in a frying pan and fry the Garam Masala, Rice Flour, Ginger and Garlic, then add the Onions and fry until you get a creamy color.
Then add the Coconut Milk.
Then add the Cashew- Nuts, Mutar, and cook on a low flame until the Mutar are cooked.
