This is a Recipe for preparing the famous restaurant style Vegetarian Tartar Soup at home. This rich and tasty soup preparation is nutritious and healthy and a great appetizer.
1 Tablespoon Suva or Shepu – Chopped, Known as Dill Leaves in the English language
1 Cup Cucumber [cut into small pieces]
2 Cups Yogurt
2 Teaspoon Ginger [Copped into very small pieces]
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil – for garnishing
½ Cup Acrot [Walnuts] broken into small pieces
Salt as per taste
Blend the Yogurt, Garlic and Salt together nicely in a Blender and then remove in a Glass Bowl.
Then add the Cucumber, Shepu and Acrot pieces.
Serve cold after garnishing with Olive Oil.
