Recipe for Chicken Maize [Makka] Pancakes

This is a Recipe for preparing Chicken Maize [Makka] Pancakes at home. The recipe is given in a simple step-by-step manner to make the preparation easier. These Makka Pancakes can be served for all kinds of parties with the main course or as a filling snack for Kitty and Cocktail parties.

Chicken Maize [Makka] Pancakes Preparation Time: 40 Minutes
Serves: 3 Persons

Ingredients
1 Cup boiled and shredded Chicken
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Refined Flour – Maida
1 Cup Milk

Seasoning for White Sauce
One-Cup Maize – Makka in Hindi (boiled and grated)
One Capsicum (chopped)
1 Teaspoon Vinegar
Salt and Pepper according to taste
Four Eggs (beaten)
Oil for making Pancakes

Preparation – The quantity is sufficient to prepare six Pancakes.
Make a thick White Sauce with Butter, Maida and Milk.
Add the seasoning. Mix the Maize, Chicken, Capsicum, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper and cook until it becomes slightly dry and add it to the cold White Sauce.
Add a little bit of Salt and Pepper to the beaten Eggs.
Heat one spoon of Oil in a frying pan, pour a part of the Egg in it, and spread it all over the pan until a thin pancake is formed.
Cook until it is well set.
Spread a portion of the Chicken filling in it and roll.
Skewer a toothpick on it and use up all the Egg batter and filling this way.
