Honey Mustard Chicken Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 2 Persons
Four Boneless Chicken Pieces with the skin removed
1 Tablespoon Mustard Powder
1 Tablespoon Honey
½ Cup Fresh Cream semi thick
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 Tablespoon Oil
Salt as per taste
Wash the Chicken pieces, apply the Salt and Black Pepper Powder, and keep it aside for a while.
Apply the Oil over a non-stick frying pan, arrange the Chicken pieces over the frying pan, fry for about 6-7 minutes, turn the Chicken pieces over, and fry for 5 minutes on a slow flame.
You have to remove the Chicken pieces from the frying pan when they turn into a nice shade of golden brown, keep them in a plate, and cover it with another plate.
Add the Mustard Seeds, Honey, and Cream to the pan and cook for a minute on a low flame, keep stirring all the while and then add Parsley. The Sauce is ready.
Add the cooked Chicken pieces into the Sauce and then serve immediately.
