Crispy Kele Ke Pakode Recipe

In this article, I have described a Kele Ke Pakode Recipe or a recipe to prepare Banana Pakodas in your home. This is a delicious and crispy snack, which can also be a part of the main course meals. The preparation is explained in a simple step-by step method.

Ingredients
One Banana
One Egg
Two Onions
½ Green Peppers
½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder [Haldi Powder]
About 60 to 70 Grams Besan [Gram Flour]
½ teaspoon Salt
Oil for Deep-Frying the Pakodas

Preparation
Slice the Banana finely and keep aside.
Chop the Green Pepper and Onions and keep aside.
Then mix the Onion, Banana, Green Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Haldi Powder, Egg and the Salt into the Besan and keep it aside for about One Hour so that the level rises a little bit.
Then heat a large spoon of Oil and add it to the mixture.
Shape the mixture into Lime or Walnut sized roundish balls and deep-fry them in hot Oil.
Serve hot with Chutney or Tomato Sauce.
