500 Gram Meat
1 Onion (medium size)
4 Garlic Cloves
4 Tablespoon Bread Crumbs
One Egg (hard-boiled)
Salt and Pepper as per taste
Oil for frying
Cook the Meat and then remove it from the gas and let it cool. Remove all the bones and trim off the fat from the Meat. Cut into 1” cubes.
Put Meat into a jar, grind for a minute, then remove from the jar, and keep it aside.
Grind the Onion and Garlic. Heat the Oil in a Kadhai, add the Onion, Garlic paste, and fry for a minute. Add the beaten Egg, Bread Crumbs, Salt, Pepper, grounded Meat and grind for a minute. Shape into flat rectangular sized pieces. Arrange slices of one hardboiled Egg on one piece. then place the other on top.
Sprinkle some Butter and bake till slightly brown.
