This is a Recipe for Mango Paneer kebab. A unique Kebab preparation with the mixed flavor of Paneer and Mangos.

Ingredients
For the Covering
4 Big size Potatoes
1 Teaspoon Ginger- Garlic Paste
2 Green Chilies Paste
1 Tablespoon Cream
¼ Cup Refined Flour
1 Bread Slice (crumb)
Salt as per taste
3 Toast (powder)

For the Filling
1 Cup Paneer Pieces (small)
1 Cup Mango Pieces (small)
1 Green Chili chopped
8-10 Mint Leaves (chopped)
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying the Kebab

Preparation
Boil the Potatoes, peal and mash them and add the Ginger-Garlic Paste, Green Chilies, Refined Flour, Bread Crumbs, and Salt, mix it well and prepare Dough. Prepare medium size balls from the Dough.
Mix the Paneer pieces, Mango pieces, Mint Leaves, Green Chilies, and Salt and prepare a mixture.
Pat the Potato Dough balls one by one and fill a table spoon of the Paneer-Mango mixture, inside the balls. Then close the balls and keep them aside. Then roll the stuffed balls in the Toast Powder.
Heat the frying pan and shallow fry the Kebab from the both side until they became crispy.

आंबा-पनीर कबाब
साहित्य : आवरणासाठी : ४ मोठे बटाटे, १ टे स्पून आल-लसूण पेस्ट, २ हिरव्या मिरच्या, १ टे स्पून क्रीम, /४ कप मैदा, १ ब्रेड स्लाईस (चुरा) मीठ चवीने ३ टोस्ट चुरा करून

सारण भरण्यासाठी : १ कप पनीर (लहान तुकडे करून), १ कप आंबा (लहान तुकडे करून), १ हिरवी मिरची (चिरून), ८-१० पुदिना पाने (चिरून), मीठ चवीने, तेल कबाब तळण्यासाठी

कृती : बटाटे उकडून, सोलून, किसून घ्या. मग त्यामध्ये आले-लसून पेस्ट, हिरवी मिरची, मैदा, ब्रेडचा चुरा, मीठ घालून चांगले मळून घ्या. व त्याचे लिंबा एव्ह्डे गोळे करून घ्या.
पनीर व आंबा चे लहान-लहान तुकडे करून त्यामध्ये पुदिना, हिरवी मिरची, मीठ घालून सारण तयार करून घ्या.
बटाट्याचे गोळे हातावर थापून त्यामध्ये एक-एक टेबल स्पून सारण भरून गोळा बंद करून घ्या. एक-एक गोळा टोस्टच्या चुऱ्यामध्ये घोळून घ्या.
नॉनस्टीक तव्यावर थोडे तेल टाकून कबाब दोन्ही बाजूनी भाजून घ्या.
