Mushroom Tofu Cutlets Recipe

This is a Recipe for Mushroom-Tofu Cutlets, a unique Cutlet recipe with the blended taste of Fresh Mushrooms and Tofu. A main course dish, which can also be served as a starters item for Kitty and Cocktail parties.

The Marathi version of the same recipe is given below for the benefit of Mahaarashtrian readers.

Ingredients
200 Gram Tofu (grated)
4-5 Mushrooms (chopped)
1 Medium size Onion (chopped)
1 Big Size Potato (boiled and mashed)
1 Carrot (grated)
1 Egg (beaten)
1 Tablespoon Refined Flour
1” Ginger (chopped)
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Preparation
Mix all the Ingredients together and prepare a smooth Paste. Prepare small Cutlets from a Paste.
Heat the Oil in a Kadhai and dip fry the Cutlets until golden brown.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.

टोफू -मुश्रूम कटलेट : हे कटलेट पार्टीसाठी स्टारटर म्हणून बनवता येतील. सोय पनीर व मुश्रूम हे खूप पौस्टिक पण आहेत. ही जरा वेगळी डीश आहे.

साहित्य : २०० ग्राम सोया पनीर (किसून), ४-५ मुश्रूम (चिरून), १ मध्यम आकाराचा कांदा (चिरून), १ मोठा बटाटा (उकडून, किसून), १ गाजर (किसून), १ अंडे (फेटून), १ मोठा चमचा मैदा, १” आले (बारीक चिरून), मीठ चवीने, तेल तळण्यासाठी

कृती : सर्व साहित्य मिक्स करून चांगले मळून घ्या. व त्याचे छोटे-छोटे कटलेट बनवा. कढई मध्ये तेल गरम करून हे कटलेट छान तळून घ्या.
गरम-गरम टोमाटो सॉस बरोबर सर्व्ह करा.
