This is a Recipe for Tomato Halwa a sweet prepared specially experimented by me for the lovers of the Tomato.
2 Cup Semolina (Rawa)
3-4 Tablespoon Ghee
3 Cup Sugar
¾ Cup Tomato Puree
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Water
Salt as per taste
Heat the Ghee in a Kadhai, add Semolina, and fry the Semolina until color changes into pink. In addition, add hot Water and Milk, cook on slow flame.
Add Sugar, salt and Tomato puree, mix it well, and cook five-seven minutes on a slow flame.
