Maharashtrian Style Chilli Chicken

This is a Recipe for Easy Maharashtrian Style Chilli Chicken; this dish has thick Green Chilli flavored gravy and goes nicely with Rotis or plain rice. The preparation is quite simple, hence suitable for the new homemaker having limited cooking experience.

Ingredients
500 Grams Chicken (boneless medium size pieces)
7-8 Green Chillies (grounded)
¼ Teaspoon Ajinamoto
1 ½ Tea spoon Soya Sauce
1 Tablespoon Corn flour
¼ Cup Water
Salt as per taste
2 Tablespoon Oil

Preparation

Heat the Oil in a Kadhai and add the grounded Green Chillies and fry for two minutes on a slow flame. Then add Chicken pieces, Salt, Soya Sauce, Ajinamoto, ¼ Cup Water, cover with a plate and cook for twelve-fifteen minutes on a slow flame.
In a ¼-cup Water mix, the Corn flour and then add it to the Chicken, cover with a plate and cook for five minutes on a slow flame.
Serve hot with Rice or Naan.
