This is a Recipe for Indian Style Spinach Nutty Rolls, a snack dish for all purposes, can also be served along with the main course.
3 Cups Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
½ Cup Spinach and 4 Green Chilies (prepare thick paste)
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Cup Peanuts (roasted and coarsely ground)
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep-frying
Heat the Oil in a Pan and add grounded Spinach paste, mashed Potatoes, Salt, Lemon Juice, Cornflour and mix it well until the mixture is dry. Remove and cool.
Divide the mixture into twenty parts and prepare long rolls. Cover the rolls by dipping them in grounded Peanuts.
Heat the Oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the Rolls until they become crispy.
Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
