Delicious Coconut Satori

This is a Recipe for Coconut Satori, a sweet dish, much like the delicious Maharashtrian sweet Puris.

Ingredients
4 Cups Wheat Flour
2 Cups Sugar
One Coconut (grated)
½ Cup Jaggery
8-10 Cardamom Pods
50 Grams Khoya [whole dried milk]
Refined Oil

Preparation
Boil 3 ½ Cups of Water with Jaggery and ¼ Cup Oil. Add Wheat Flour mix thoroughly.
Cook Sugar, grated Coconut and Khoya and prepare filling mixture.
Roll out small balls and stuff them into dough balls. Prepare small round Puris and shallow fry them over a griddle until golden yellow.
