Clam Chowder [Tisrya] Soup

This is a Recipe for Clam Chowder Soup prepared in the American Style of cooking. Clams are known as Tisrya or Tisrya Mule in the Konkan region of Maharashtra and are a pouplar sea food. In this article, I have given a recipe to prepare a Tisrya Soup, which is nourishing and good for health.

Ingredients
2 Cups Tisrya (boiled)
2 Cup Tisrya Water
2 Big size Potato (boiled, pealed, mashed)
1 Tablespoon Butter
½ Tablespoon Onion (chopped)
1 Teaspoon Coriander (chopped)
Salt, Pepper as per taste
Mustard Power as per taste (optional)

Preparation
First of all wash and boil the Tisrya in enough Water, after boiling them, they will open up, then remove the shells and keep the Tisrya aside.  Drain the Water and keep it aside.
Heat the Butter in a Kadhai, add the Onion and fry for a minute, add the Tisrya, Mashed Potato, Coriander, Salt, Pepper, mix it well, and boil in the drained water for two-three minutes.
Serve hot with Garlic Bread.
