Tasty Capsicum Baked/Fried Samosa

This is a Recipe for Capsicum Baked/Fried Samosa, a tasty snack having the shape of the capsicum, looks great and unique snack for your kitty and cocktail parties.

Ingredients
For the Stuffing
2 Big size Potatoes (boiled and chopped)
1 Cup Green Peas (boiled)
5-6 Green Chilies (chopped)
1 Tea spoon Ginger (paste)
½ Tea spoon Garam Masala
2 Table spoon Amchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder)
¼ Cup Coriander (chopped)
2 Table spoon Oil
Salt as per taste

 

For the Covering
2 Cups Refined Flour (Maida)
1 Tea spoon Baking Powder
¾ Cup Spinach Paste
3 Green Chilies (chopped)
4 Table spoon Oil
Salt as per taste

Preparation
For the Stuffing
Heat Oil and add all the Ingredients. Mix it well, then remove from a flame, and keep it aside.
For the Covering
Mix all Ingredients for the covering and add enough Water to make tight Dough. Knead well and prepare twelve equal balls.
Roll each ball of dough into a five-inch diameter round, then cut into two fold each semi-circle into a cone shape and fill with prepared stuffing. Stick sides properly and collets dough on the upper part together. Each Samosa should have the shape of a whole Capsicum.
Arrange all the Samosa in a greased baking tray. Bake at 250 degree for twenty minutes. Then reduce temperature to 150 degree and bake for another thirty minutes.
Serve hot with Tomato sauce or Green Coconut Chutney.
Note: If you do not want to bake a Samosa, you can deep-fry the Oil.
