Methi Thalipeeth (Fenugreek Thalipeeth)

This is a Recipe for preparing at home tasty Methi Thalipeeth (Fenugreek). This Thalipeeth recipe, prepared in the authentic and traditional Maharashtrian Style of Cooking can be served for breakfast, it also make a popular Tiffin Box snack  for children.

Ingredients
1 Cup Maize Flour
½ Cup Wheat Flour
¼ Cup Gram Dal Flour
¼ Cup Rice Flour
1 Cup Fenugreek (Methi) (Chopped)
1 Table spoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 Tea spoon Green Chili Paste
1 Tea spoon Red Chili Powder
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric Powder
¼ Tea spoon Asafoetida
1 Tea spoon Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder
1 Table spoon Oil
Salt as per taste
Oil for Thalipeeth frying

Preparation
Mix all the above Ingredients with using Water and prepare a Dough.
Prepare five equal size balls from the Dough and then spread a thick cloth on a flat surface.  Pat one ball on the cloth to prepare a rounded Paratha with your hand.
Heat the frying pan and add a tea spoon Oil over the frying pan and then keep the Thalipeeth on the frying pan and then add a tea spoon Oil around the Thalipeeth, Fry the Thalipeeth from both sides until color changes in to brown.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce or Pickle.
