Recipe for Tomato Chi Bhaji

This is a Recipe for Tomato Chi Bhaji, Tamatar Ki Sabzi. This is a authentic Maharashtrian preparation; makes use of the tomato to prepare a main course Vegetable dish with tomato as the main ingredient.

Ingredients
900 Gram Red Tomatoes (cut in medium size pieces)
2 Medium size Onion (finely cut)
5-6 Green Chilies (chopped)
½ Cup Coriander
¼ Cup Coconut (Shredded)
¼ Cup Sev
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste

For Tadka
1 Table spoon Ghee
¼ Tea spoon Jeera
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric

Preparation
Heat Ghee in a frying pan. Prepare Tadka and then add Onion and Green Chilies. After that fry till color change into light brown.
Then add Tomatoes. Mix it well and cover with a steel plate add some Water over the plate and then cook for 5 minutes on slow sim.
After that add Sev, Sugar Salt, Coriander, and Coconut and mix it well.
Serve hot with Chapatti.
