Recipe for Shepuchi Bhaji

This is a Recipe for preparing Shepuchi Bhaji. A typical Maharashtrian vegetable preparation for the main course.  Shepu is a leafy vegetable known as Dill leaves in English and Savaa/Suva in Hindi, which is extremely good for health.

Ingredients
1 Bunch of Bhaji(wash and cut finely)
1 Table spoon Green Gram (Moong Dal) (Soak in water for 2-3 hours)
1 Table spoon Coconut Shredded
2 Green Chili (chopped)
5-6 Garlic petals (chopped)
Salt to taste

For Tadka
1 Table spoon Oil
1 Tea spoon Mustard seeds
1 Tea spoon Cumin seeds
¼ Tea spoon Asafetida
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric powder

Preparation
Heat Oil in a Kadhai add then add theTadka, Garlic, Green Chili, Green Gram, Salt and cook for 1-2 minutes then add Shepu and one table spoon Water. Then mix it well and cover with a steel plate. After that add some Water over the plate. Cook the Shepu for 10 minutes on a slow sim.
Then add Coconut and serve hot with Chapattis.
