This is a Recipe for preparing Karara Paratha. The meaning of Karara is crisp in English and Kurkurit in Marathi and this is exactly what this Paratha is.
2 Cup Atta
1 Cup thin Suji
½ Cup Ghee
1 Tea spoon Salt
Mix the Atta, Suji, and Salt and prepare a Dough. Make small size balls (like the ones you make while preparing Chapattis). Roll the balls and spread ½ Tea spoon Ghee on it and fold like a Chapati and roll it again.
Heat a frying pan and shallow fry the Parathawith some Ghee.
Serve hot with Ghee or Butter.
