Recipe for Sabudana Vada – 2

This is a Recipe for Sabudana Vada. This is a famous Maharashtrian recipe; these Vadas are prepared especially on the occasions of fasts; auspicious ones. This recipe differs from the one given earlier; you can read it – Here.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 10-12 Nos

Ingredients
½ Cup Sabudana [Sago] (soak for 4-5 hours)
½ Cup Sabudana powder (soak in a ½ Cup Water for 10-15 Minutes)
½ Cup Peanuts powder (roast and powder)
2 Small size Potato (boiled, peal and mashed)
5 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
1 Tea spoon Sugar
2 Table spoon Oil (hot)
1 Tea spoon Cumin seeds
Salt to taste

Preparation
Mix all Ingredients well and make Dough and then prepare small balls and keep aside.
Then take a plastic sheet and place balls on it and then press from one side.
Heat a frying pan and then add 1 table spoon of Oil and shallow fry the Sabudana Vadas one by one till color changes to a golden crisp brown shade.
Serve hot.
