Recipe for Dried Prawns Fry [Sukha Jhinga]

This is a most simple Recipe for preparing spicy Restaurant Style Dried Prawns Fry [Sukha Jhinga]. A treat for the lovers of seafood.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
½ Kg Dry Prawns
1 Big Onion (chopped)
2 Green Chilies (cut into pieces)
2 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
½ Tea spoon Turmeric
2 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
Salt as required
1 Tea spoon Cumin seeds (roasted and powder)
1 Tea spoon Coriander (roasted and powder)
½ Tea spoon Mustard seeds
1 ½ Tea spoon Tamarind
2 Table spoon Oil

Preparation
Fry dry Prawns in a Tava for 2 minutes. Remove and make it cool. Clean and wash it in Water and drain and then mix all the above Ingredients and keep aside. Heat Oil in a pan add Mustard seeds and Garlic. When it turns to golden brown add Fish mixture and add little Water cover the pan and cook. Make it dry and remove.
