Recipe for Palak Mutton (Spinach Mutton) – 2

This is a Recipe for preparing tasty and delicious Palak Mutton (Spinach Mutton) at home. This is the second Palak Mutton recipe which, I am explaining in this article. This is a Meat-Spinch preparation having a the mixed flavor of Mutton and Palak.

Ingredients
400 Gram Mutton
800 Gram Palak leaves
200 Gram Onion
250 Gram Tomatoes
½ Tea spoon Red Chili powder
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric powder
1 Tea spoon Coriander seeds and Cumin seed powder
½ Tea spoon Garam Masala
10 Petals Garlic
1 ½ “ Ginger piece
100 Gram Ghee
Salt to taste
225 ml Water (1 ½ Cup)

Preparation
Clean and wash the Mutton and then chop the Palak, Tomatoes and Onion. Prepare Ginger-Garlic paste.
In a Pressure Cooker take 1 ½ Cup Water and then add Palak and cook on a high flame for 5 minutes and then cook for 5 minutes on a low flame. After that make a paste.

Heat the Ghee in a Pressure Cooker and then add Onion and fry till dark brown. After that add Ginger-Garlic paste, Red Chili powder, Tomatoes, Turmeric powder, Coriander-Cumin seeds powder and Salt and fry for 5 minutes. Then add Mutton and fry for 7 minutes on a low flame. Then add ½ cup Water and cook for 5-7 minutes on high flame and then cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

After that add Palak paste mix it well. And cook for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
