This is another Recipe for preparing Maharashtrian Bhendichi Bhaji – 2 (Lady Finger). This type of Bhendi vegetable preparation is normally preferred by children.
250 Grams Bhendi
½ Tea spoon Red Chili powder
Salt to taste
1 Table spoon Oil
½ Tea spoon Mustard
½ Tea spoon Cummins seed
3 Pinch Asafetida
Cut the Bhendi in round pieces.
Heat the Oil in a Kadhai and then prepare Tadka and add the Bhendi, Red Chili powder or 2 Green Chilies, Kokam and Salt and mix it well, cover with a lid and cook on a slow sim for 5 minutes.
After that remove the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. The Bhendi chi Bhaji is ready.
Serve with Paratha.
