Recipe for Green Peas (Mutter) Soup

This is a Recipe for preparing at home tasty and delicious Green Peas (Mutter) Soup. This ia a appetizing Soup recipe of a different flavor.

Ingredients
350 Gram Green Peas
150 Gram Onion
5-6 leaves Parsley
2 Black Chilies
1” Ginger piece
50 Gram Butter
Salt to taste
5 Cup Water

Preparation
First take the Parsley leaves, Onion and Ginger; wash and cut in small pieces.
Take all above Ingredients and cook in the Pressure Cooker for 10 minutes.
After that blend it and filter it.
While serving the Soup add some Butter and serve hot.
