Recipe for Murgh Muslim

This is a Recipe for Murgh Muslim. An authentic and traditional recipe; a specialty Chicken recipe of Indian Muslims. This is a lengthy preparation for special occassions; I have given the step by step procedure to make it easy.

Ingredients -A
1 Medium size Chicken
125 Gram Curd
½ Tea spoon Red Chili powder
½ Tea spoon Garam Masala
½ Tea spoon Turmeric
6 Petals Garlic
2” Ginger piece
2 Green Chili
Salt to taste

Ingredients – B
160 Gram Ghee (dalda)
350 Gram Onion (cut in medium size)
6 Cloves
6 Black paper Corn
1 small piece Cinnamon
4 Cardamoms (brown)
6 Almonds
½ Tea spoon Cumin seeds
½ Tea spoon red Chili powder
1 Tea spoon Coriander seeds
¼ Tea soon Garam Masala
6 Petals Garlic (cut in small size)
2” Ginger piece (cut in small size)
1 Table spoon Green Coriander leaves
150 Ml Water

Preparation for Ingredients – A
First of all clean the Chicken then poak it with a big needle all over the Chicken. After that make a paste of Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, Red Chili powder, Garam Masala and Salt and then mix with Curd and apply on the Chicken and keep it aside for 2-3 hours.

Preparation for Ingredients – B
Ginger, Garlic, Green Coriander, Red Chili powder and Garam Masala keep it aside.
Heat a Kadhai and roast Cloves, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom brown, Almonds, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Red Chili powder after that make a powder out of these items.
Heat a table spoon Oil then add Onion, Ginger, Garlic fry till color change in to dark brown and keep it aside. Mix all Ingredients and make a paste. Cut a Coriander in small pieces and keep it aside.

Preparation
Heat Ghee in Cooker then add Chicken and fry till color change in to Red. Then add Masala paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
After that add Water and cook for 5 minutes on full sim. Then cook for 10 minutes on slow sim.
While serving garnish with Coriander.
Serve Hot.
